| Basement Concern
#2 - Water in your basement. |
 |
| FACTS:
Water will eventually enter your house. It is just a matter of time.
When it does you need someone to help you get rid of it so it won't
cause a problem. |
 |
| Recommendation:
Control the water. |
 |
| How? |
We have a baseboard that is
adhered to the cement floor of your house. The cement needs to have a
good solid base. We scuff up the area where the baseboard is to go with
a scarfire tool. We lay out the baseboard and epoxy it to the floor.
This now forms an above ground system that collects any water seeping
into the house. We direct the water back out of the house through the
system into a drain or a sump system. Like magic the problem is solved.
If you sell the house the new owners may be secure in the fact of
having a dry basement too. Why? There's a lifetime warranty to
guarantee the system won't leak. |
Here is what the baseboard and
the sump system would look like: |
